How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are:

United States: 7–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please wait up to 30 days before reaching out, as international shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs. After 30 days, contact us at our Contact page and we'll investigate right away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, with tags, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-returnable:

Perishable goods (food, supplements)
Personal care items that have been opened or used
Custom or personalized products
Sale items and gift cards

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
